exhaust shops

Has anyone had any work that they would go back to that same shop. All that I have been to in the past is an old drunk welding with a cig in his mouth and booger welds.

I just need to get the 62 straighten back out so that I can get tags on it.

Can't say I can help you much. There's a place just down from me on 51 that put a new muffler on my F150. They did a very good job on the install, only gripe I have is this: there was nothing wrong with the old muffler, except my wife complained it was too loud (sounded great to me); they promised new one would be OEM quiet, and it wasn't much different than the one they took out.

Other than that, can't help you.

I had the shop by the University of Memphis State University fix the exhaust on my 80 about 10 yrs ago and it's still holding up nicely.

It was cheap too, if I remember correctly.

It was that little cinder block shop building where Highland and Southern and the RR tracks all come together.

They put a new muffler on my FJ62 a few years ago. Never had a problem with it and it was very cheap
