exhaust manifold r and r

Have a nasty leak in my 87 JDM bj74. I searched on the forum, but to no avail. Does anyone hace experience r and r'ing the exhaust manifold on a 13bt? Walkthroughs/pictures/links would be great.

edit: By leak I mean crack. Needs a new manifold for sure.

New manifold and manifold gasket if your other one is shot.

Yea, I was thinking of calling him as I've been told 4 wheel auto is over priced. Now that we have the parts settled, is there anyone out there with experience doing this? I'd like to save the $400 in labour costs.

its not hard to do if you have some tools.
shouldn't cost you 400 in labour costs....
