My already painful replacement of the driver side exhaust manifold got harder when I had to remove the Oxygen Sensor and it tore up the threading. I was looking for a tap and die kit, but there's a question:

What size/pitch is the Oxygen Sensor thread?

It's this part number:89465-50150

I called the dealer and they couldn't help. Nothing in the repair guides. Anyone know what it is?

Thanks,
Cman

I find this interesting. Wondering if this is peculiar to 100's?
Previous owner of my 2002 LX470 had this issue with the driver side O2 sensor - Bank 1, Sensor 1.
Mechanic stated that O2 sensor was badly frozen and had to rethread the pipe. 4 hours labor at $110/hr plus $237 for the sensor.
Just recently I replaced the passenger side O2 sensor (Bank 2, Sensor 1) and came out easily.
Applied Anti-seize on the new O2 sensor threads.
