exhaust manifold on the 1HZ turbo

hi guys can any one tell me the correct way to put the rings on the exhaust manifold on the 1HZ turbo do the rings go on first of the o rings thanks

The O-rings go in the grooves, first.
Then, put the snap rings over the O-rings. The O-rings help to 'push or expand' out the snap rings.

thanks 1tontoy I did it that way but still leaks do you reckon I should get a new collar as well thank s for the help
