I have developed a leak at the rear of the exhaust manifold at the horn. The P.O. had a new intake manifold installed a just before I bought it but this exhaust leak has developed over the last month. I realize it's quite a few hours work to pull everything and replace so should I buy a new exhaust manifold or just buy new springs/seals for the horns? I just want to do this once! Also are the OEM manifold gaskets the best ones to use? One more question. What about getting headers instead if I need to buy a new exhaust manifold?

Try retorquing the manifold bolts first.
It's not leaking between the manifold and head though . It's leaking at the joint between the rear horn and the rest of the manifold. Could retorquing the manifold bolts help that. I figured I'd at least have to put a new washer/spring between the two pieces of the manifold to stop the leak.
