Been researching the exhaust jacks. What is the popular opinion on these. Will they work on the fj with the wide trd exhaust tip. Would you buy the arb or go with the cheaper version titan? I would be using this for times when I might get stuck in the snow or for the emergency flat tire change? Thanks for any advise.

I got in on a group buy over a year ago on the Titan Exhaust Air Jack. It's like the X-Jack that ARB sells, but it cost a lot less and is not made as well. I've read that the largest cone that comes with that kit does not fit the TRD exhaust tip. Also, if you go to an after market exhaust, it may not fit tight enough to work for you unless you weld your exhaust seams. I put on the aFe High Tuck exhaust, which fits together too loosely to use the exhaust lift the FJ. I cut up the small cone and made my own connector to use air to lift the truck. Now I can use a compressor or CO2 tank, though I haven't used the air jack in a long time.
