So I found this coolant leakage today. How bad is this? Some came out at main hose clamp and some seepage at radiator top.

based on the weeping at the radiator seam, it looks like your radiator is about to go.

Those hoses are all hard and probably brittle causing it not to seal properly no matter how much you tighten it.... change for some fresh oem ones and clean all that coolant on the surroundings it might be just the leak from the upper hose that your seeing on the radiator cap.
Of course changing your radiator wouldn't hurt anything except your wallet but if your going to do that " while your in there" change water pump, thermostat, belts,T"s and other associated hoses.

Well CRAP.
Considering I'm at 175k and live on the face of the sun (FL), I decided to bite bullet and order up a Denso radiator, thermostat, seal, and OEM upper and lower hoses. Not taking chances with a total failure.

Btw, denso is in stock on Amazon for 164.00.

Also get OEM radiator hose clamps (torque type). Use Toyota red coolant and distilled water 50:50 since you are in FL. Check the condition of the transmission hose that is coming into the trans cooler located inside the radiator. It if is brittle replace it too.

Just by looking at the marks left by the coolant I think you got hard water in the cooling system. Flush is a good thing to do at this time.
