One of the back window zippers of my Bestop doesn't pull together when I pull the tab down. I pulled the tab as far up as I could in an attempt for it to catch but nothing's worked so far.
I could use some help here guys...It"s RAINING!!!

If the zipper is not damaged, the soft top material itself may have shrunk :( . See if you can put the cruiser in a warm garage and then try to zip it up when the top material has wamed up enough. If the zipper itself is damaged, like some teeth are missing, etc. an auto upholstery shop my be able to fix it for you.

Went to a tent maker's place a month ago to have a zipper replaced in my large tent. They simply took a pair of pliers and pinched the back part of the zipper down a bit. Then they applied a little wax to the zipper, and it works like new now. They said they do that all the time. It was free and it worked, so you might try it.... It's a one banana job!

What exactly were they pinching, the pull tab or the zipper itself ???
