EVAP codes and Limp Mode

Does anyone have any input on if EVAP codes will cause a 2004 UZJ100 to go into limp mode? For example if the EVAP system is removed or unplugged. I'm asking because I'm in the process of doing an engine swap and not planning on swapping over the EVAP system. I do realize that it will throw all kinds of codes but my concern is will it affect the way the vehicle runs and drives.

You'll lose the ability to use A-Trac when your MIL is on, but other than that it'll run fine.
