I've been searching for a good deal on a used Miller/Hobart/Lincoln/Hypertherm plasma cutter and have seen a bunch of Esab cutters for sale. Are they any good?

They're on sale because they bring the full suck.
From some of the reviews I've read, on the smaller units, the torches seem to be delicate and not of high quality. I think their duty cycles look to be less than similar models from Miller/Hobart/Lincoln. That's about all I've read so far.
Cheap material and don't hold up. What else do you need to know? You're on enough forums I'm sure to have read others' reviews. That's mine. Can you elaborate why you think this? Didn't Linde/L-tec/ESAB invent the plasma cutter?
