Entune system

Didn't see any topics related to entune. Anyone know if you can update the system and what the most current version is? Dealer said it is updated when you update the app on your phone? I've seen on other forums that the dealer can provide a USB for newer versions as well?

My biggest complaint is when using Bluetooth music and scrolling through 1000 artists and let's say you select Rolling Stones and then hit back you go back to A and start all over to get to R.

Second is on my wife's 4Runner I can hit talk and say play artist Rolling Stones and it will pull their albums up. LC can't.

Thinking an update can fix this? Anyone else's version fix above?

Installed Entune to get Pandora & a few apps they offer. Honestly, if I'm not not listening to XM , next I go to Ipod (450 songs approx) direct through the USB.

I ♥ Radio leaves a lot to be desired IMO. Pandora is just OK. I called Entune customer support to walk me through the install after a couple no goes on my end. Probably would skip it if I had the choice to either do it or not.

Have a 2G plan through Verizon and I seem to burn through data by mistake on iPhone 6.

Lots of aftermarket stuff to update older vehicles out there supposedly nearly plug & play. I get the BMWCCA magazine & there are
always a few who offer services/equip. Check youtube also.
