Very Nice! How about a finished picture. How about a shameless plug? Who did you use? Also, from the signing of the papers to the delivery time?

Thanks,

Scott

Don't have a finished pic yet...still getting rid of all the trash from moving. We used a small company called Foremost and they only deliver to PA, MD, VA and WVA. We signed the papers and gave a $4000 deposit in April of last year....and the house was delived April 4 this year (only because we had to push production back due to waiting on our county to approve our land transfer). By the way, this company dosen't require the rest of their money till the house is complete. That's also a nice feature.

FYI, a trick on picking out prefabs from the crowd.. open the electric box/panel, there will be an ID sticker of the manufacturer in the panel. I had recently worked with a person that was trying to sue the manufacture of the prefab. The stairs and various other things were all hosed up and they couldn't get the CO. Turns out there is a loophole for the prefab manufacture, they hire a state licensed inspector, and the inspector keeps the info and signs off on the building being up to code. The sticker inside the elecbox has the signature of the inspector of the prefab. or atleast in SC that's how it works.

Exactly where I would like to have it delivered! That is a very nice feature with the downpayment!

Strangely enough Colorado has stronger laws protecting pre fab home buyers than regular home buyers. Check with an attorney before buying, there are certain warranties they must give you and there is also a time limit on construction and move in. The dealer must also be registered with the state.
