engine swap transmission question (1 Viewer)

I am finally getting around to installing the 1HZ in place of the 1PZ (due to misfortune, not planning). The result has been the transmission being moved rearward about 1.5 inches. My question, which you may be able to answer, is this: Is the Bellhousing or the Transfer case adapter of the R151 that was bolted onto the 1PZ shorter than the bellhousing or transfer case adapter of a R151 bolted onto a 1HZ?

I think the 1PZ Bellhousing is longer than the 1HZ. This could have something to do with dual mass flywheel or something.

The 1PZ has a different input shaft from the 1HZ, which suggests that the length is different.

This never happens, but a local 1PZ engine and gearbox package came up for sale. Never ever seen one for sale here in Aus.
They want $5000 for it, Bit too much for my budget. (Plus it has no mounts...)
