OK wise masters of LC Land , I have been holding this one back figuring I would see a dash light come on any day and I would be able to pull a code. but so far no luck with a code being thrown. I am having a small slight stumble on low rpm acceleration , then as speed increases it goes away. I have had this for almost two weeks now and it seems to be staying pretty consistent. I have 210k on it and I don't know if the spark plugs have ever been serviced or if my TB has ever been cleaned. I have thrown and changed coil packs and this does seem like that or not as bad.

What should I try first ?

thx.

Clean the Mass Air Flow sensor then Clean the throttle body, its a  job.

^^^ This ^^^ clean the throttle body- I bet that will solve your problems.

Also, check the exhaust system for obstructions.

I had similar symptoms on my 98 LC (190k miles).

After cleaning the Throttle Body, MAF, and replacing the catalytic converters, it idles smooth as butter, right at 750 rpm, and low end acceleration is much improved.

Disconnect the negative battery cable before you clean the TB and MAF.
Leave the battery diconnected for a couple hours.
After you reconnect the battery, you will need to drive it a few times to blow the TB cleaner out of the engine, and for the computer to relearn fuel trim.

Hope this helps.
