Engine ID number (1 Viewer)

Can anyone help identify the year mfg of this engine...all I have is this number and a suggestion that it's post 1985
The original number 1131889. This I guess is the block identification number and the 68030 that is cast on the other side is the casting part number.
Where can I find info on what these numbers mean...?
