Sorry just not used to this and trying to familiarize myself and understand what I’m looking at.. Didn’t have many maintenance records unfortunately,

Also, far back, the manifold has a a burn mark on it from the engine cover. Normal?

The foam is OEM. I have no idea on the “burn” marks.

The foam in the second photo shows signs of being chewed by rodents. Any nests anywhere, like under the intake manifold or in the air intake box?

The black on the manifold is not burns, just friction with the engine cover. If you put it back on, make sure it’s on correctly.

I just picked it up this week so no clue on previous owner and mice. Didn’t see any thing else that looked chewed but will check in the daylight.
