Wanted Engine Data Plate for Early FJ40/45

Looking for an blank Engine Data Plate for a 1964 FJ45. These were once offered by a couple of mud members but they don't seem to have anything available any longer. If anyone has one they purchased and would like to sell, let me know. Or if you know of another source, that information would be appreciated.
