Engine block numbers

How can I find out what type of cruiser a certain engine came out of?
I have two sets of numbers:
F273187 and
9092 6 298 1111 1 60091

Any help woould be great.

There has got to be some way to at least tell if its a F, 3F, or 1FZ. I have a 2F but the straight 6 toyota engine I saw had an oil filter on the right hand side of the engine if youwere looking at it from the front. I will get some pics of it today.
