Has anyone removed the L E X U S badge in the rear? Seems a bit much

I thought about it but since my LX is dark I just purchased the black overlays and its a lot less in your face now.

If you still want to remove, use a hair dryer, blow for a few minutes. It'll come right up.

And if it doesn’t come off, lightly use fishing line or dental floss to remove and finish with goofoff to get the residue off.
I’m trying to decide whether or not I want to do that as well. I wish they had just used a Lexus badge instead of spelling out Lexus. I can’t decide which one looks better though. What do you guys think? Leave them on or remove the Lexus letters?
Keep the letters. Resale value if nothing else
Get LAND CRUISER OEM badge for the rear instead of Lexus, since it really “is” a 300.
I vote leave it. Just seems odd without it.

Yeah, I have to agree with you on that one. I just photoshopped it without the badges to see what it would look like, but I agree that it looks worse. I was really hoping it would've looked better, but yeah, can't get away from the mini van look. I think they should have just put the Lexus emblem on there. Could you post a pic when you get them on? Did you get the ones for the LX600 badge as well?

It’s taking forever to receive them but i will definitely post a pic. Yes I did get the lx700h badge as well.
Blacking out is the way to go.
