OK Ed how much money should i bring ? If there are any extra parts i might need to make two of these things.

Added up the parts and it looks like $48 (my cost)

I do have enough parts make one, possibly two more assemblies.
I am going to try to make one tonight (if the wife doesn't have other plans for me ) to use as a demo for tomorrow and then donate it to the Raffle truck.
