I was going to stop by but I got distracted. I went out to Manassas to look at a FJ40 for sale at a friend of a friend's shop and wound up spending all the time ...
I've seen some cool workshops before, but nothing even close to this.

Well, as long as you didn't 'dis' us for a non-Land Cruiser related reason....

The tech day turned out great. Four of us met for breakfast at Cracker Barrell, Ed (emorth), Sam (Devilmans Hand), Jon (StaleAle) and myself. Then it was head to my place and let the fun begin.

I learned that relays can fix anything. Sam got his headlight relays installed and my turn signals are now working off of a '78 steering column that I installed while doing the mini truck power steering. Ended up installing relays on my headlights also. This was all thanks to Ed and his patience. One of these days it will sink in as to how relays work. I didn't realize how much of a difference it made rerouting the flow of the electric and eliminating pieces that cause resistance.

Steve (TRFCSUX) showed up later in the day after getting his brake issue fixed. It's amazing what a new master cylinder can do.

All in all it was an excellent day. Life is good. Thanks again Ed
