Electric solenoid on 3rd = e-locker, correct?

Picking up another 80 axle for my project and wanted to confirm that the non-e-locked axles don't have anything on the third that might look like the e-locker actuator. Basically I called a yard that said they have an e-locked axle and the way that they determined that is by seeing an electronic actuator on the 3rd. So is it safe to assume this is locked? I have a locked axle outside, so I know what they look like, but have never seen an unlocked one to know the differences...

Nope... My non-locked axles do not have anything like a solenoid on them.
