Hello All
The 74 I imported from Oz has an efs suspension kit installed. No complaints. I need new bushings however. I am not aware of a supplier of efs components in the States. Does anyone know, especially you Australians, if I might use other bushings in place of efs bushes?
Thank you in advance for any suggestions!
Peter

Any 60 or 70 series bushings should work, they aren't specific to EFS. If you've got rubber bushings toyota is about the only place you can get those stateside. If you have poly bushings there many people who have those. Cruiser Outfitters definitely has the ARB ones.

JT - thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, Cruiser Outfitters does not agree with you. I spoke with them and they need the diameter of the pins and the diameter of the spring eyes. Would any of you Australians have this information? I am trying to avoid taking things apart until I get the new parts in hand.
Thank you!
Peter

Not all companies use OE spring eye sizes, I'm not sure on EFS (i think they do use OE sizes) but I know ARB don't always use the OE eye sizes, you will see on some of there catalogue pages a note and listing for OE replacement and OME bushes seperately, also depending of the source of the shackles / pins dimensions can vary, I have also seen differences in the width across the shackles (that dictates the crush on the bush) vary from different manufacturers, that is why Cruiser outfitters need to know all the measurements. Dobinson's use OE spring sizes in most cases.
