ECU diff between 2003/2004 vs 2001 UZJ-100? (1 Viewer)

I just got a good deal on a 2003/2004 TRD supercharger for my 2001 UZJ-100. I wonder if it's only the ECU that I should change or replace to make it work?

Any ideas? CDan, your expert opinion, if I may beg?

I don't know if you can "get there from here". There are a ton of differences between 01 ans 03-4, a big one being the 5 speed trans which is controled by the ECU. I wouldn't even begin to know where to start on that one :-\
