Has anyone notice you get better gas milege with the ECT button off. I notice I get about another 50 miles off a tank of gas with the button off.

Hmm, that would make sense, since that's the 'power' button for your engine.
With this button pressed your ecu changes fuel maps to give you more power, but less fuel economy.
You should buy the owners manual for your truck, there is all kinds of good information in there just like this.

I haven't noticed much better gas mileage while in 'economy' mode, but I feel more like a wuss, getting passed by old women with walkers.. 
The main thing I don't like in 'econo' mode is how it takes more to get it to downshift, which means to make it frieking go you have to floor it and it finally kicks down and then revs way up...annoying IMO.
