why would you want to buy a late model 40 series with no power brakes, 4 wheel drum, no heater, no dash pads, no roll bar, long jump seats, bench seats, probably no seat belts either. they "look" shiny and straight but for the same money you can get a north american 40 series that has way more features imo

^^^ good points that I def need to consider. I have a diesel truck and have come to love having a diesel. The mpg of a diesel 40 is appealing. A converted to diesel north am 40 would be ideal.
