I dun wore out my eyes searching and reading the various threads on rear sill replacement and still cain't find the one I'm looking for.

I'm gonna use a (I think) 2"x3" rectangular tube for the sill/body mount area and wrap it around the corner to attach the quarter panels to. While I'm at it I wanna raise the rear fender wells and add some sheet metal to the rear quarters and re-work the cage. I just can't get used to the way it looks now and regret cutting the bondo errrr quarter panels out. Probly gonna build some "fender flares" out of 2"x2" heavy wall square tube to act as side sliders to keep the body panels off the rocks.

This ded gum wleder is giving me way too many ideas......

that sounds like a great plan!...if you get wore out by that welder you can drop it off at my place :D ..i got some serious use for it!
