I need the lower cowl from an early through mid-90s RHD 70 series. We're doing some body work and mine is rusted to s***. Got a "parts truck?" or a bunch of body panels laying around at your shop? Let me know if you've got one of these you can cut out.
Toyota quit making these as spare panels about three years ago. No one has them in stock. Even Dave in Japan couldn't find one, so used is the way to go.
