Thanks to Ward I now have my Harrop e locker in hand.
Are there any other parts I should consider replacing at this time?
Can I power the 12V locker magnet with my JDM 24V system via a dropping resistor?

Hey - you need the locker, install kit and the like (which you have) and an inverter to provide a 12 volt feed to switch/locker, just like a radio

Thanks for the word on the power supply Ward.

Are there any seals or bearing (or gears) that should be replaced while the diff is torn down?

As Onur, Tor, Georg and most readers will agree, I don't know what I'm talking about. Give Georg a PM and he will tell ya ways wat :) @orangefj45
Totally false ..... Ward knows exactly what he's talking about. He just doesn't use words the masses can understand.
: )

I do have a 24-12 converter but it is activated by the ignition switch.
Harrop wiring diagram shows a need for 1 feed of 12V Constant On power. I'm not sure why.

If the ignition is off, you won't need the locker....:)

That's true of course.
Why does their diagram specify a switched and an unswitched 12v power leads?
