Durabak Pics Here Please

Going to durabak the 62. Considering a blue or green with a white roof. I am considering

1) All rough on the outside
or
2) Single color with rough on the lower portion and smooth on the upper portion(but I haven't decided which lines to follow yet) Roof will be smooth.

Any pics you have of your durabaked(?) or rhinolined 60s would be great. Thanks

I have one on a thread I did about 2 weeks ago on my hump. Take a looks see. It is a close up on the textured black. Another one is in my build thread showing the back end.

I don't know if I would go rough. I used the rough on the interior and it is a pain to keep clean. Plus it is hard on the skin if you have to lean on it. Had they offered the smooth when I did mine, that would be the route I would have taken.

Thanks for the heads up on the rough. I have heard that that stuff works exactly as it is supposed to and doesn't give for anything. The smooth will be the body with rough around the fender wells most likely. Looked at Sherwin Williams Urethane, but haven't heard anything +/- about it. The thing with SW is that they can custom color it.

I just used the smooth and hated it!!! The guy told me that I could spray it. 3 hours later, I still had bleed thru from the black primer. I'm going to call him in the morning to figure out what they gave me.
