No. IIRC 95 would be the last year for the split gate

Bummer. An outdoor guy likes a tailgate....
The 4Runners’ signature party trick has been the roll down rear window. Personally I’ve always been a fan as it provides a semi open air experience on nice days and in a pinch you could use it to haul longer items. Also cleans up the overall look of the vehicle by hiding the rear wiper up in the spoiler.
