Guys, to any and all who have wanted to pose their rigs on a car and potentially CRUSH it (I think that is just about anyone).

Short Version:

time: between 8-9pm
Place: Anaheim (I'll post the address as soon as I get it)
Why: b/c you've always wanted to run over a car and now you can

Long Version:
Tomorrow Tuesday, Sept. 22nd. between 8-9pm I am helping out with a University event where there will be 1 or 2 "small clunkers" where pple will be paying to bash them with bats and other fun tools. The event coordinators asked if I knew anyone who would like to bring their truck out and drive on the cars, hence this post.

So if a little post dinner fun is on your mind and you'd like to flex the truck and have some fun...then pm or call me 310.701.5760.

The location is rather central in Anaheim and I believe there will be some beverages there. Everyone in any kind of rig is welcome. Gas tanks will have been removed from the cars and broken glass will be swept up/removed from the car. I was told the cars will be on the small side so that you can drive onto them.

so long as you have a lift and tires you will be able to get at least one tire up onto the cars and flex out the rear....it will give you some great shots.

It is tonight, I'm heading from LA and Burbank is just a stones throw away. 3-4 rigs going, so it will be fun and interesting. is just have to remember to take the camera.

I just drove past the place. Looks like the parking lot is pretty full of product. I wonder where they plan on doing it, out in the field behind the building? I didn't see any junk cars either yet.

Just got back from this schindigg... i was the only Truck there besides one other rockcrawler. Nothing had started and there were kids that looked barely old enough to drink a beer running around everywhere. All driving little import cars. Some dude parked his honda in a field with base pumping. Thought i was at the street races again! lol Needless to say i just took the cruiser back. I told some dude to say hi to Sam that was running the deal.

Anyways,. how was it Sam? Any pics? It was 830 and they hadn't even started yet.

D, I think this is a case of arriving at the bar and asking where are all the hot girls are at and not lingering around and opting to leave immediately, then as soon as you've leave the drinks start flowing and the hottest girls you could image come to party.

That's basically what you missed, the 4x4 equivalent to drinks and hot girls...3 rigs total and we crushed and bashed these cars every which way possible. A few fires started and were put out, some winching, and an incredible night. But you would have had to have been into that kinda thing and I think most of the 80s here just like to expedition around and not crawl, this event would have possibly scratched the bumpers and paint,

Wish you would have stuck around man would have been nice to see you and crawl your rig up the cars

Right on dude. I totally hear you on the arrive late and get the good pickin's. I was already down the street at the shop, so i ran down there when i did regardless. Yeah i was hoping to see some good action but oh well.. one rig didn't seem very promising dude.. and it seemed pretty ghetto like the cops were going to show up any minute. Figured there would have been some type of organization to it or at least someone greeting people letting everyone know what's going on. But whatever, it was what it was. We arrived halfway through the alloted time schedule and there wasn't jack going on so, i called it and bailed.

Glad you had a good time and great pics man! I was probably home in bed by the time the cars were smashed. I saw the cars yesterday and they looked pretty well beat. Nice work.
