Hey gang,
I'm a new owner of 78 series troopy from 2011 with a 1HZ engine.
to have peace of mind, im doing the replacemnet of most of the components that have wear and tear and no service history from the previous owner.
I'm stationed in europe and have been recently replacing the drive belts (alternator and fan). Locally i got 10mm wide belts, and that is also what it was on previously. In EU these vehicles are unusuall and i expect most of suppliers are not most knowledgable.
However, when i took the old ones off, i saw a lot of wear on the teeth of the old ones. Which made me think if they are too narrow.
Looking online, I saw some with an 11mm width, probably could fit 12mm as well. In the the pics old and new ones.
Can anyone advise on what you are using or OEM size?
