Doubtful it's the door. Check the lock on the suicide door up top. That's whats rattling on mine. Just hit it lightly and you'll regenerate the rattle.

how do you fix this. will the dealer or something i can fix.

Blah, I tried WD-40, no go. I'm going to try some grease. If you push that lock in up top (where it clamps onto the steel lock in the cabin) it'll be kinda rough...not wanna budge. So I don't think when you close the suicide door it's locking "tight" thus it rattles over bumps and it SOUNDS almost like it's your door or the glass vibrating inside the door, but it's def that damn lock...I'd by the the dealer, but I like to try to fix stuff myself (I hate dealers) so I'll report on how the fix goes.

Are you positive its the door?

Rear seats have been known to give a rattle.

Electrical tape around the latch fixes those...that ones easy.

Another rattle source is the shoulder harness of unoccupied passenger side, or driver side if your belt isn't fastened(not recomended)-they tend to hang up when retracting if twisted, and the clip will bounce around.Just pull it out a bit and spin the lower end accordingly around the lower anchor bolt.Because of it not always binding loosely, it took me a long time to catch it.

Lol. I've been trying to totally prevent rattles in my vehicle with over 320+ sqft of Dynamat Extreme and about 55sqft of R-13 Fiberglass insulation, and I STILL have some. So don't freak out if you do...just take the time to figure out where it's coming from. Most noted areas:

Driver\Passenger window, suicide door upper lock (right next to driver and passenger head), Rear seats (electrical tape, easy fix), seat belts in the rear dangling, fasten then up in the rear if no one is sitting there. There's more I'm sure, but this is what I've noticed and been working on so far. My passenger window control unit is rattleing (guess since i"ve taken it out so many times) so I'm gonna pop it out, put foam tape on the tabs, and put it back in.

If I can't eliminate the top suicide door lock which rattles right next to my head when I go over a boom or big bass notes hit it, I'll be going back to the dealer, and they WILL be replacing, or fixing it.

I guess I'm just lucky, aside from the belt issue, my only rattles end up being loose items in the door
"pockets", that or I've just broken the rattly things and don't know yet......LOL.
