Door Panel Vinyl Repair

Does anyone know of a good vinyl repair kit for the tan door panel? This morning I exited my vehicle and the clip on my knife punctured the door skin.

I'd love to hear about this as well. PO must have sandwiched the seatbelt buckle against the door frame and slammed it a few times. Mine has some deep dents and punctures.
