door lock actuator removal...need help live

I'm trying to do the front DS actuator and can't for the life of me figure out how to get the thing out with the window channel there.

Did a search but most everything is about how to fix the motor once you get it out, but not getting it out.

Help?

Duh...you remove the bolt holding the bottom of the channel. Right in front of me but for some reason I wasn't seeing it!
