Door Handle part?

If you watch this video, you can see that I am apparently missing a part from my door handle as the whole door handle comes out and away from the door as I pull on it.

Two questions:

Is it possible to just order the bolt?

Is it fairly easy to remove the paneling inside the car to install the new bolt?

I'll bet the bolt fell into the door cavity. If so, it will be easy to find once you remove the door card. Search for door panel removal. It's not a difficult job. If you can't find the original bolt, just remove the second bolt and take it somewhere to match it.
