Done a bit of searching - Last night my 100 was broken into by someone that had to have my wife's friend's purse that was left on the floor. They did not open the door so no alarm sounded. DS rear door glass is in a million pieces.

Trying to buy OEM replacement glass. I feel that I have seen two glass colors on 100s. '98-'02ish seem to have "mirrored" tinted glass, and '03+ it appears more black.

My problem is that Toyota has a glass that is specified for my year that is considered "grey". But I have also seen "green" & "bronze". My LC is white w/ oak interior.

Toyota P/N appears to be 68114-60270 for the grey, & there is a code on all my windows aft of the front door glass: Temperlite 43-R 00073. I believe that this # represents the "color" of the glass. I want to go with grey but the oak interior makes me think bronze might be it. It is very hard to tell just by looking at the glass

Does anyone have knowledge in this area? -Thanks

I replaced the same window two years ago with a replacement from CruiserParts.net. Can't remember the exact price but it was reasonable. It was bronze on my '99.

Do a search on mud for detailed instructions with pics on how to replace it.

Thanks for the replies. Keowee, what color was your Cruiser inside & out?

Champagne Pearl / Oak interior on my '99. I couldn't find the thread on Mud that I used for replacing the window.

The guys at CruiserParts can prolly find a used window. Give em a call. 1-888-941-3450 or online.

If you look through the glass you should see a slight tint, bronze or greenish. Try opening the door and looking at the ground next to the window and through the window. See which color the ground is tinted through the glass.

I picked the wrong color thinking it didn't matter and I was wrong, it was very annoying. I had to replace it.

Found a bronze replacement at cruiserparts.net. I will have a grey replacement piece of glass, cheap if anyone needs it.
