i cant provide a shipping estimate until i know how deep you want the cut into the car (usually 1 inch to 1 1/2 inch), how high (usually to the middle) and how long, depending on the condition of your rocker panel so you have solid metal to braze to. The cut is $100, and average shipping around $75. The cut can be made next week.

The rockers in decent shape actually. Its only rusted through about 3 inches to the right of where the rocker meets the dog leg, and only on the bottom. NOT vertical up into the dogleg.

Pretty sure i have a video i can send if you pm your number.

But im confident your standard cut would work!
 
I am out of doglegs on the driver side now. I have one coming up for Gunner512, and then I am out.

Do you by chance have a rear left quarter panel? I would only need the lower part up to just past the wheel arch as I'm looking to replace the section in the photo. If so are you open to shipping to Canada? Thanks!

No, the dog leg has already been cut out, However I do have some other quarter panels.
IFS: 1) you make the shipping arrangement based on my size and weight from zip code 91780, 2) I need a picture of either side with markings to show where cuts should be made. Quarter panel is $160 + shipping. You can e-mail photo to Deathvalleypaul@yahoo.com but please note your Mud name along with the picture. I frequently ship items to US Border Shippers who carry the item across and then forward ship again.
 
i only do 80 series Land cruisers. Take a battery powered sawzall to Pick a part. Cut much more off than you need. Tell them you were lucky, someone already made this cut.
