Dog Attacked Door

So I have a nervous dog and he chewed up part of my door and I was hoping to replace it. I have a 1999 UZJ100. It is the left rear door and the only part that is damaged is the upper leather part right below the window. I cannot seem to find the replacement part and was hoping someone could point me in the right direction. Here is a google pic of the part

I don't believe you can buy just that part of the door panel. If it's not too bad, I'd try to get an interior repair guy to fix it.

Or find a door panel off a junk truck, those are $$$ at the dealer. Try car-part.com, looks like they may have some replacements for around $150.

I'm still trying to figure out which part number the passenger seat belt clip is from when my pup chomped it apart. All that remains is the red button.
