Does anyone recognize this 60?

Hey guys, I am in Charleston, SC and I am looking at a 60 in Kannapolis, NC and the owner said it came from Norfolk. I was hoping someone had seen it or knows it. If so, any information would be much appreciated. Here is the link:

That is a nice truck. Looks excellent shape to me. No, I have not seen that truck around here.
