Thought this posted last weekend when I went to do it but apparently not. As part of my window relay refurb service (the "green box" located in the FJ62's driver door) I offered to take a look at another Mudder's 24V unit, which is a red box P/N 85930-90K01. The 24V units are considerably different from the 12V units, and unfortunately I don't have a test bed set up, nor a truck for the 24V ones. The problem with this particular one looked pretty obvious with a corroded trace on the PCB, but if I can get access to a 24V Cruiser I'd love to be able to field test it.

So long story short, if anyone has a 24V Cruiser with power windows (6x and 7x series trucks should use the same relay box I believe), would you be able to help me out with field testing this unit so I can ensure it's functioning properly?

Would a BJ70 series with electric windows be a 24 volt system? I have a friend here in St Maries that has a RHD import from Japan. That if I'm correct is a BJ74, with a 4-cylinder diesel

I believe it is actually. Would he be willing to use it to test the window relay unit?

I can ask, he's currently not driving.

Awesome. Thanks brother I appreciate it.
I went over to My buddy's place on Sunday and since he hasn't been driving it the batteries are dead. I dropped a charger off yesterday and Ill swing by tomorrow morning and make sure that he switched the charger over to the second battery. Once the batteries are charged, I'll send a pm to coordinate with you.

Awesome sounds good. I'm still waiting to hear back from the Mudder who sent me the 24V unit so I haven't sent it back to him yet. Be great if I can verify it's good before sending it back to him.
