Does 21 spline 5 speed transmission from 1PZ diesel will fit on 3B diesel.

I am wondering if 21 spline 5speed 55hf transmission originally from 1PZ engine will fit on 1980 bj42 currently it got 4 speed transmission on it please tell me if it is simple installation or need lots of modifications. Thanks
