3rd Gen Snorkel From Airflow
For all of you who have been waiting for one to come out there is now a snorkel made for the third gen dodges. I bought one of these a while back and thought it was about time everyone else knew about it. I wanted to put this through its paces before I posted anything about it. I have had it for about six months now and it works flawlessly. The materials and build quality are top notch and better than the Safari Snorkels I have had on other trucks. Plus, I think it looks great too. This snorkel works with all 3rd Gen trucks except the 6.7 as the intake is different. In fact it will even work with the 1500 however you do have to buy an "ambient air duct" Chrysler part# 530 326 70 AC and install it for it to work. Expeditioneers.com is the only place you can get these dodge snorkels as they developed them for Airflow. So, I called Kurt @ Expeditioneers and bought one of these about 6mo. ago and got a great deal on it as always. Then when I went to pick it up at Expeditioneers Kurt asked me if I wanted help installing it! So I said sure..... when? Then he went into the shop and grabbed that big hole saw to install it and said how about now? So we installed it right then and there. Talk about customer service these guys rock I'm always buying stuff from them now. That is where I bought my KORE lift for my dodge, and where I'm getting my lift and other stuff for my 4runner. Unfortunately, the Dodge was sold about a month ago and I can't seem to find any pictures of it. I did find some pictures of this snorkel though. Let me know what you guys think. Take care
