The Red Rock Cruiser Club of southern Utah was recently founded in an attempt to bring together Toyota Landcruiser owners in the sothern utah area for family oriented socialization, trail runs, tech, and community service. If you have an interest in being a part of the club, please post in this thread so that we can assemble and organize. We hope to have enough interest to justify a monthly get together of some sorts, weather it be running the hurricane rim trail after work, or getting together at iceberg for an informal car show and tech exchange. Upcoming events will be posted in our callendar section. We'd love to have you along.

House and/or Land hunting in the Cedar City area...good to know there are a few addicts nearby :)

property search

*Woody - Hows the search coming? Cant believe you would leave the frozen tundra for warm southern Utah :D. What brings you here?

Just wanting to live more 'central' to wheeling...and that seems like a nice option :)

Have a 1 acre spot near Kanarraville on I-15 that we are likely going to pick up, development backs up to Zion...'believe' we are going to wait a few years to build tho, but who knows...

I'm in Toquerville. Would definately be interested. I'm looking for parts to convert to disks, power steering, and for a soa if anyone is selling. I could also use some advise if anyone is interested. I've got a 69 fj40.

Awesome! Do you live down town just off the south side of the highway? - Saw a cruiser over there once. You should come with us on our next run. Im thinking about Fort pierce, Dinosuar tracks & warner valley sand dunes. 26th of Feb.

Anyone can check out the clubs facebook page for updates & pictures of previous events

I just moved here in July. Youre prob talking about the Orange 40 right off the highway. He will want to join the club as well.Ill let him know about the site. Unfortunately, I'm not available that weekend but look forward to future events.

I might be interested in a Feb run if I am free. just got the LX-450 and want to see what she can do.
Nice. We'd love to have another 80 series join us.

I talked to my neighbor with the orange 40. He has a trail that goes up from Toquerville to Smiths Mesa. You have to go through some private ground but he is friends with the owner. He invited a friend who invited a friend yada yada yada 27 rigs showed up (most stock). Only 8 made it. Maybe a good event for some hardcorers. Hes excited about the club

That sounds like a lot of fun. Maybe we can put that on the schedule for March.

I talked to my neighbor about taking us up the trail. He said the Park closed it completely now. We should do a ride around Toquerville and meet at his house afterwards for lunch. He has a park with a playground for kids across the street from his shop. (He has a lot of grandkids so he built this park. Great guy!)
I snapped a photo of his FJ40 and some of his other cool vehicles. If anyone needs some sweet work done he does great work. (He says he will never touch his 40. He bought it to beat up and he likes it the way it is.)

This is his daily driver on top. The wagon has hydrolics so he can raise it to get over curbs. The bottom one is his current project. He started it up for me and I think I have partial hearing loss now. It's going to be crazy awesome.
