Bought 6 to 1 headers for 40 and subsequently lost my job.

Seems like everyone says ceramic coating is the best way to go. Bought mine at JTO and they're not even painted! At this point, I don't have the $$$ to pay to get it done professionally.

This is the only DiYer (do it yourself) version: http://www.techlinecoatings.com/Exhaust.htm

Does anyone have experience w/ the ceramic coating that you do yourself?

Thanks

No idea! Let us know how it works

I'd be interested in what you find out also! I've got two sets that I would like to do the same way...

This high heat paint I used has ceramic in it........

i just recently used the dupli color hight temp paint and it seems to be a tough as nails finish.(only time and exhaust heat will really tell). do three coats then when the last coat is no longer tacky stick part(s) in the oven. bake at 350-400 for1-3 hrs. or untill your wife finds out what your doing:D

Wondering if anyone has painted OEM headers on the vehicle with the Dupli-color product, then just run engine to cure it?
