Just wanted to share my DIY, at home with basic tools, not-an-engineer, armrest solution. Leather upholstery sold separately.
First, I bought one of these, widely available on multiple online marketplaces as a universal armrest. Then I shaved off the plastic “wing”which is intended to keep the armest from falling into a seat crack, and filled in the hole in the plastic with epoxy.
Some sandwiched metal brackets, some more epoxy, one hole in the seat frame, a couple of nuts and bolts, and here you go. Full recline, no interference with parking brake or seat rails. The telescoping portion is easily removable if you need.
