I thought with the current economy I would keep my money flowing to good people. So does anyone here work in the insurance industry?
Disabled Explorers is a 501c3 and we need a couple of policies.
Directors & Officers Liability
Special Event Coverage
For many of the special events we need a policy ranging from $300K to $1mil that names some land manager also. Sometimes is the the State of Arizona, sometimes, Tonto National Forest and such. So whoever we go with has to be a company that we have work with easily to get policies for each event.
In addition we might look at a blanket policy and just do event riders....hey I don't know anything about insurance, I am learning all this myself. I do know that up until now we have been small enough to go unnoticed. But that ins't the case anymore.
Even this last weekend Az Game & Fish told us we couldn't let anyone in the Roof Top Tents since we didn't have a policy, especially one that named them also as covered!
Oh how the backoffice cost keep rising! But hey more gimps in the dirt the better, I don't want to be the only amputee out there!
