digital gauge for reading ECU

Does anybody know a digital gauge that can read the ECU of my model? (Preferable one that can be mounted in the car)
The ScanGauge II does not work on my model - please don’t ask why I am certain it does not work

If you don't have an OBDII compliant vehicle, it could be a no-go.

I would expect there is still a way to use Toyota Tech Stream, anybody know for sure?
