Diff ratios

Hey guys,
Is it correct that over there the 60's came standard with 4.56 ratio?
Over here we got 4.11.
I'm chasing 4.56 or 4.88 and there as hens teeth here. If i know the US spec was 4.56 i'll have a better chance of scratching some up.

Ruffy, FJ60s (1981-1987) came stock with 3.70's, FJ62s (1988-1990) came stock with 4.11's.

That said, you can buy 4.56 and 4.88 (even 5.29) R&P sets here in the US pretty inexpensively, in fact, check:

Hey Ruffy. I just rang www.tomsdifferentials.com a couple of days ago. 4.56 crown wheel and pinions are $150 USD each. And he will post to Aus.

No. I did receive a good impression from Tom on the phone. I did a fair search on the net. Randy's Ring and Pinions were something like $250 USD each. Cruier Outfitters were $190 USD or thereabouts.
